There are two types of wrinkles, static wrinkles and dynamic wrinkles:
Static wrinkles are those facial lines that are evident even when our face is at rest, thus constantly visible.
Dynamic wrinkles are those wrinkles and lines that appear when your face is animated.
Botox can relax muscle and smooth wrinkles. It can reduce or stop dynamic wrinkles and prevent static wrinkle.
It can also reduce the pain, spasm and spasticity, and stop abnormal movement. Therefore, it can be used for the patient with stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, migraine headaches, neck and low back pain and abnormal movement.

For Chronic Migraine patients, the FDA has approved a specific dose and injection pattern for BOTOX treatment. Chronic migraines are defined as headaches on more than 15 days per month and at least 4 hours a day for greater than 3 months in duration. Estimates suggest that 2% of the population suffer from chronic migraines which can be a substantial cause of disability.
Excessive sweating is also called hyperhidrosis. Many people suffer from Hyperhidrosis. If left untreated, it can be embarrassing—socially, functionally, and emotionally. Botulinum toxin is injected into the skin to treat the symptoms of severe underarm sweating (severe primary axillary hyperhidrosis) when medicines used on the skin do not work well enough in people 18 years and older.
Hemifacial spasms are involuntary facial contractions or twitches occur on one side of the face. Although hemifacial spasms are not painful, they can be embarrassing, interfere with social interaction, and affect a person’s eyesight. Relief from Hemifacial Spasm symptoms will last for approximately 3 to 6 months. Patients will need to return for treatment after this allotted time to maintain their results.
Cervical dystonia is a condition that causes the muscles in your neck to tighten or spasm without your control. With cervical dystonia, your head may turn in an unusual way, or it may be forced into an abnormal, uncomfortable position. This condition can be painful and challenging. It is unknown what exactly causes the muscle contractions associated with cervical dystonia. Botulinum toxin is injected into muscles and used to treat the abnormal head position and neck pain that happens with cervical dystonia.
Spasticity is a movement disorder that can occur in conditions which affect the brain or the spinal cord, such as multiple sclerosis, stroke, cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, or brain injury. Spasticity is caused by an imbalance between signals that inhibit or stimulate the spinal cord. This results in hyperexcitable stretch reflexes, increased muscle tone, and involuntary movements. Botulinum toxin injection can relax muscles and improve involuntary movement.
Mesotherapy (Lipo Dissolve) continues to be sought by patients because of its relative simplicity in burning fat and cellulite, as well as the safety profile in comparison with liposuction. It is the newest technologies available being utilized for fat and cellulite reduction. It is non-invasive treatment. Traditional Mesotherapy injections have been recommended for years by physicians and have produced good results.
Mesotherapy treatments are performed once per month for up to 6 treatments in total. Patients may see the results in as early as 4-6 weeks after a treatment.
Mesotherapy injections are fairly painless; the results are outstanding and are comparable to liposuction without surgery in small body fat areas as well as the chin and eyes. The technique is a simple 10 minute procedure with no down time and is much safer than Liposuction, which does not reduce cellulite and in many cases cause cellulite to be more pronounced. Mesotherapy has gained significant popularity because of these reasons as well as the results obtained in conjunction with other aesthetic treatments or services.

PRP contains special cells called Platelets and many growth factors, that can cause growth of the hair follicles by stimulating the stem cells and other cells in the microenvironment of the hair follicle. These special platelet cells and growth factors promote healing, accelerates the rate and degree of tissue healing and regeneration, responds to injury, and formation of new cellular growth. The primary purpose of using PRP in hair restoration is to stimulate inactive into an active growth phase. PRP can be performed every three (3) to four (4) months or semiannual PRP treatments.
The thread lift procedure has rapidly become one of the most sought after procedures by patients and, is the third most popular aesthetic procedure after Botox/Fillers, and PRP. Using threads as an alternative to a facelift has become one of THE most common aesthetic procedures.
PDO stands for polydioxanone which is a suture similar to surgical stitches. These threads, when placed beneath the skin will stimulate collagen synthesis which will plump the skin like a dermal filler. In some ways, PDO threads are similar to certain dermal fillers in their desired effect. In addition, threads work by “grabbing” on to, and attaching to the skin, lifting loose skin in the direction the doctor has precisely inserted the thread. The “mesh” of threads shapes the face by lifting and supporting sagging structures. These threads are absorbable in 4-6 months but will hold for an additional 8-16 months. There are many different kinds of threads with different shapes, some with barbs, twists, some that are smooth, and others that are meshed.
Thread lifting has two main functions:
Additional Features of PDO Threads for Aesthetic uses:
A PDO thread lift procedure can help lift the sagging parts of the face to create a more youthful look in your patients.
PDO (polydioxanone) is the material used in surgical stitches. It stimulate collagen synthesis. When PDO threads are introduced into the skin, the thread acts as a "scaffold" which helps to "hold" the skin against the effects of gravity. The threads can also shape the face by lifting and support sagging structures, providing the "mesh". PDO threads are absorbable over a 4-6 month period but the beneficial effects continue beyond 1 year.
The procedure itself is a nonsurgical technique because there is no incision or traditional cutting of the skin. Tiny entry holes are made into the areas where the invisible threads are inserted. The procedure takes approx. 10-20 minutes depending on how many areas of the face will be treated.
What areas of the body and face can be treated with PDO Thread Lift Sutures?

The structures of bone, fat pads, and volume below and above the eyebrow heavily impact our eyebrow appearance. We may look tired, due to upper eyelids appearing heavy and sagging downward. For some, this appearance can be hereditary. For most, however, it is likely due to the aging process. Previously, the only option to treat these conditions was surgery, but now thanks to advances in technology, we can treat it with a variety of non-surgical ways including Botox (Xeomin), Dermal Fillers, Ultherapy and Pelleve.
Botox or Xeomin injections can reduce and prevent wrinkles by decreasing muscle contraction in order to relax the facial muscles. We can use the same feature to relax muscles above or below the eyebrow to change the position, and soften facial expressions, resulting in a lifted appearance.
For example, the lateral eyebrow position is balanced by the muscles above and below. If the lateral eyebrow is lower, we can inject botox or xeomin to the muscle below the eyebrow to release lateral eyebrow from downward pull. Then the muscle above eyebrow will lift the lateral eyebrow up. We can also inject the muscle above the eyebrow to drop the eyebrow, or reposition medial eyebrow.
The Ultherapy treatment is the only non-invasive procedure FDA-cleared to lift skin on the face, neck, under the chin and above the eyebrow. Ultherapy delivers focused ultrasound energy at the same depth as that addressed by surgeons during cosmetic surgery! The energy emitted, with no cutting or burning, helps to initiate the body’s natural response to stimulate the growth of fresh, new collagen. For the brow, this means a significant lift, reduced hooding and drooping of eyelids, and a more radiant, wide awake look.
Pelleve is a revolutionary FDA-cleared treatment that helps to treat facial wrinkles to create smoother, tighter skin without surgery. Pelleve precisely heats the deep layers of your skin using advanced Radiofrequency energy, without damaging the skin. The heat causes existing collagen in your skin to contract and tighten, and over time produce new collagen. Among other areas, Pelleve can be used on the upper eyelids to produce a raised eyebrow and reduce droopy eyelids.
Youthful skin has an abundance of collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid which give it volume, support, and suppleness. As a part of the aging process, the skin develops facial lines, wrinkles and skin laxity. Dermal filler is ideal for correcting the signs of aging or for adding natural contours to the face instantly and without invasive surgery! Dermal Filler can restore a healthy, youthful appearance, enhance your existing features and help you defy age and gravity without surgery or downtime.
Dermal fillers provide immediate volume and correction while stimulating the body to produce its own new collagen for a natural look that lasts. Dermal filler has been clinically tested extensively for years, with excellent safety and efficacy results.
KYBELLA is the only FDA-approved injectable treatment that destroys fat cells in the treatment area under the chin to improve your profile.
The active ingredient in KYBELLA is synthetic deoxycholic acid. Deoxycholic acid is a naturally occurring molecule in the body that aids in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat. When injected into the fat beneath the chin, KYBELLA destroys fat cells, resulting in a noticeable reduction in fullness under the chin. Once destroyed, these cells can no longer store or accumulate fat, so further treatment is not expected once you reach your desired aesthetic goal.
Before starting treatment, your healthcare specialist will examine the area under and around your chin to determine if KYBELLA is right for you. Then, your specialist will tailor your treatment to the amount of fat under the chin and your aesthetic goals.
Treatment can only be administered by a KYBELLA-trained healthcare specialist. At each treatment, you will receive multiple small injections under your chin, and the injection process takes about 15 to 20 minutes. The exact number of injections will depend on the amount of fat you have under your chin and your desired profile.
Since everyone’s chin profile is different, the number of treatments varies from patient to patient. Your healthcare specialist will help determine how many treatment sessions you need based on the amount and distribution of your submental fat and your personal treatment goals. Each KYBELLA treatment session is given at least 1 month apart, and you should not receive more than 6 treatments. In clinical studies, 59% of patients received 6 treatments.
After KYBELLA treatment, you will likely have some swelling, bruising, or numbness under your chin. Be sure to inform your healthcare professional if you develop an uneven smile, facial muscle weakness, difficulty swallowing or injection site problems such as bruising, hair loss, open sores (ulcers), and damage and tissue cell-death (necrosis) around the injection site. Call your healthcare provider if you develop open sores or drainage from the treatment area.
THE MOST COMMON SIDE EFFECTS OF KYBELLA INCLUDE:
Swelling, pain, numbness, redness, and areas of hardness in the treatment area.
KYBELLA can cause serious side effects, including

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Face Lift is a cuting-edge procedure that harnesses the healing power of platelets and growth factors from your blood to stimulate a stem cell response. These stem cells help you to grow new collagen and blood vessels, repair and regenerate damaged skin, and help slow and reverse the signs of aging. PRP injection can be combined with injection of dermal fillers, Botox and mesotherapy
In our normal aging process, we all experience a loss of volume and skin integrity. They include:
PRP Face Lift is a non-surgical facial rejuvenation that uses the patient’s own natural blood cells to lift and restore the healthy glow to the skin of the face. The procedure is to improve dullness, lack of color, sagging, and wrinkles that appear on our faces as we age.
The face becomes longer and more rectangular as the natural aesthetic curves begin to flatten. The natural aging process can be accelerated by genetics, facial expressions and extrinsic factors like a poor diet, smoking and sun exposure. These all cause oxidative stress, a key component of the aging process, that appears as fine lines, hyperpigmentation, unevenness of skin tone, sagging skin and advanced wrinkling.
